My favorite sport is Football, the most popular sport around the world, in which two teams of 11 players, using any part of their bodies except their hands and arms, try to maneuver the ball into the opposing team's goal. Only the goalkeeper is allowed to handle the ball and may do so only within the penalty area surrounding the goal.

Lahmacun (Nil İkra)

Lahmacun is a kind of stuffed pide in Turkish cuisine, which is made by spreading the ingredients prepared with ground meat, parsley, onion, garlic, black pepper and isot on the rolled dought and then cooking it is a stone oven. Altought it is sometimes called Turkish pizza or Armenian pizza in English, it is a dish of Turkish origin. Unlike pizza, no cheese in used and the dought is thinner. Lahmacun; It is a popular dish in Turkey, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Lebanon, Syria, Israel and Turkish communities aronud the world. It contains preferably ground meat, isot, tomato, parsley, tomato paste, garlic or onion, black pepper and salt. These materials are thoroughly kneaded by taking sufficient amount of water. This material is spread by hand on the dough, which is about 2-3 millimeters thick and about 20-25 centimeters in diameter. Its also eaten by squeezing lemon and adding parsley.
