Mantı(Kaan)

3.5 cups flour
1 cup of warm water
1 teaspoon of salt
1 egg
For Ravioli;
250 g low-fat ground beef
1 medium onion
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Half a teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of salt
To Cook Ravioli;
2 spoonful butter
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
For Ravioli Sauce;
Garlic Yogurt
1 teaspoon mint
1 teaspoon paprika
Half a teaspoon of sumac
