TANTUNI (MERSİN)     

                 


It is a famous dish in Mersin.
If there is meat, remove the excess fat parts and cut into thin slices. Boil until seasoned with the addition of cold water to cover it. Heat the wok or sheet metal pan on the stove. Add the cottonseed oil to the pan when you look at the pan and add the meat you have boiled. Add the ground pepper. You can add water gradually and continue until feeding. Place the cooked tantuni in sandwich bread and lavash. Add chopped tomatoes, onions and parsley if desired. Enjoy it!
