MY TRAVEL


 


I think traveling is a beautiful thing. It's great for packing before traveling. There are many reasons to travel. Example; For work, for fun, for relatives, for traveling... If you take a camera with you when you go on a trip, if there is a place that interests you or you like, take it immediately. Then another time, you will remember that beautiful travel day by looking at those photos.I think Istanbul is the best place to travel. Places to travel in Istanbul; Maiden's Tower, Bridge, Galata Tower. Experience the happiness of your destination instead of missing the place you will leave while traveling.

Lahmacun (Nil İkra)

Lahmacun is a kind of stuffed pide in Turkish cuisine, which is made by spreading the ingredients prepared with ground meat, parsley, onion, garlic, black pepper and isot on the rolled dought and then cooking it is a stone oven. Altought it is sometimes called Turkish pizza or Armenian pizza in English, it is a dish of Turkish origin. Unlike pizza, no cheese in used and the dought is thinner. Lahmacun; It is a popular dish in Turkey, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Lebanon, Syria, Israel and Turkish communities aronud the world. It contains preferably ground meat, isot, tomato, parsley, tomato paste, garlic or onion, black pepper and salt. These materials are thoroughly kneaded by taking sufficient amount of water. This material is spread by hand on the dough, which is about 2-3 millimeters thick and about 20-25 centimeters in diameter. Its also eaten by squeezing lemon and adding parsley.
