Hey! I love making tacos as much as i love eating them so i've decided to share my favourite home-made taco recipe! To get started you need to get the ingredients first, let me tell you! You'll be needing: -chili powder -cumin -garlic powder -black pepper -tomato souce -some tortillas or bought taco shells -any kind of beef You can also top it with any topping you want! Cheese, lettuce, onions and avacados are ny favourites! Now i wont keep it long let me get to the recipe real quick! First put your meat in a pan and start heating it, then add your spices and cook the beef until its brown. After that add your tomato souce and water to the meet! Then cook it until the liquid boiled but make sure that the meat is still soucy, dont get it dry. Then get your taco shells and add as many as meat you want but be careful not to spill it! And finally get your favourite topping and decorate your delicious, juiciest taco! ...
Lahmacun (Nil İkra)
Lahmacun is a kind of stuffed pide in Turkish cuisine, which is made by spreading the ingredients prepared with ground meat, parsley, onion, garlic, black pepper and isot on the rolled dought and then cooking it is a stone oven. Altought it is sometimes called Turkish pizza or Armenian pizza in English, it is a dish of Turkish origin. Unlike pizza, no cheese in used and the dought is thinner. Lahmacun; It is a popular dish in Turkey, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Lebanon, Syria, Israel and Turkish communities aronud the world. It contains preferably ground meat, isot, tomato, parsley, tomato paste, garlic or onion, black pepper and salt. These materials are thoroughly kneaded by taking sufficient amount of water. This material is spread by hand on the dough, which is about 2-3 millimeters thick and about 20-25 centimeters in diameter. Its also eaten by squeezing lemon and adding parsley.
